Servicing

Expert Bike Technicians at Your Service

We are proud to be sporting the Shimano Service Centre badge above the workshop doors. Shimano Service Centre is a global network of independent bike retailers. We combine excellent bike care with the latest technologies to provide the best service possible. To be classified as a Service Centre, we must pass annual surveys about service, customer experience, and the latest tech.

This doesn’t mean we will only sort out Shimano products. We can service and fix almost anything from your usual commuter to the latest performance-driven e-bike, along with everything in between.

Booking for servicing jobs is essential and a price list can be found below.

For punctures and odd jobs, we will always try to get you going as quickly as possible. This may mean that we will send you away for an hour or so to take a stroll or have a coffee around Bideford, but we will try to get you going.

If the job you want done isn’t on the price list we can always quote you for it prior to any work being completed.

In true modern-world fashion, when your bike is complete, you will get an automated text telling you the bike is ready for collection, along with a link to a job card with a brief explanation of what has been completed. Please note, any work not collected three months from completion will be sold to recover our costs.
