Geweldige service en oplossend vermogen. Een bout van mijn magura rem was in zijn schroefdraad afgebroken. Binnen een uur was het opgelost en kon ik weer veilig remmen. Bedankt

We called in today as the brakes on our daughter’s bike had come loose and we had no tools with us. The guys were more than helpful and had it fixed in no time. They also gave us some local tips before we headed off for a great day on part of the Tarka Trail to Torrington. Thanks again 🙂

I popped in about 6 weeks ago to look at some new cycling shoes as I live in taunton it’s a bit of a drive, and today I went back to get them after dropping my son off at his grandparents,Craig could of not been more helpful even more he remember who I was and what we talking about last time and made the time to make sure I had the right shoes.This is a bike shop worthy of your time and proper service, I could of not felt more welcome.I’ll be back soon maybe a bike is in order next

I went in on a Saturday morning with a strange request; I wanted to buy their cheapest inner-tube in order to slice it up & use it to stop the trim on my car vibrating. A gentleman (I presume the owner) handed me a tube & said “This is punctured. I took it out of a bike this morning, you can have it free of charge”Amazing, thank you once again & the trim no longer vibrates on my car! I feel guilty for not spending any money in there! 5 stars

So helpful On holiday and cycling on the Tarka Trail, I decided that a wing mirror would be the answer.
So called in and bought one. They fitted it for me there and then. Great service. Thank you

Absolutely superb service from the gents here.I recently got back into cycling after many years and went for a saddle pressure test after finding the one on my bike uncomfortable. Craig worked through the tests with me, making small adjustments and trying different saddles. He could have very easily sold me an expensive new saddle but instead recommended that I make an angle adjustment to the one I had, and it made a huge difference right away. Kudos for that!They’ve a huge range of common and obscure parts on the shelf for a build I’m doing that would have taken me weeks to source online from different places, and would have paid an arm and a leg in shipping.They also were able to straight away identify the part number and order a very specific microspline freehub for a Fulcrum gravel wheel that I wasn’t able to find anywhere else despite hours of searching compatibility documents and forums online.The website looks very high-end and premium, and it put me off popping in for a long time, thinking that I wasn’t part of the £10k bike Strava KOM club, but I went in with my 50-year-old boat anchor of a steel road bike and the guys couldn’t have been friendlier or more welcoming.Customer for life, thanks!
