Yes, we will service any style of bike regardless of where it was purchased. Road bikes, mountain, hybrid and electric. We are a certified Shimano Service Centre so you can rest assured your bike will be left in very capable hands. We have software for all the mainstream electric bike manufacturers including Bosch, Shimano, Mahle, Fazua and TQ. 

Booking is essential, really. The workshop is generally a very busy place. If you need a bike back the same day, booking is imperative, and we need to know this. Delays can occur if stock is low, but with forward planning, we can turn your bike around same day if it is booked in prior to arriving. If you haven’t booked a bike in you can still leave it with us, but it will depend upon how many prior bookings we have as to when the bike makes it into the stand.

Yes. Every road bike purchased will come with a static fit. This will determine what bar width, stem length, seat height set back and many other dimensions so we can be certain you are sitting comfortably and efficiently. 

If the bike was purchased from us, no additional charges will be made at the point of sale. Widths of bars and stem lengths are crucial to get the fit correct, and this will be done prior to the bike leaving the shop. If you want to make upgrades to certain components, then additional charges may be made. If you are in for a bike fit without purchasing a bike or with a bike from elsewhere, then yes, additional charges will be made for the changes made. 

Yes, but it’s at our discretion. Ideally we have a dry day with no standing water and bikes can be taken “around the block” so to speak. ID, car keys and or partners/pets may be held hostage while you are out!
